Todd Metcalf

Todd joins LMC after recently serving as Democratic Chief Tax Counsel for the Senate Finance Committee under Ranking Member Ron Wyden. Before coming to the Senate, Todd was Floor Director and Counsel to US Representative James Clyburn, then-House Majority Whip, from 2007 2011. In both roles, Todd played a significant part in the development and enactment of multiple major legislative initiatives.
