Diana is the Global General Counsel for the LMC network. She leads international teams of professionals who support the LMC network with expertise in ethics, compliance, regulatory matters, litigation, investigations, counselling, governance, corporate and technology transactions, data, intellectual property and commercial contracting.

She and her team prioritise listening to their external stakeholders, promoting an ethical culture in line with Legal Matters Consul’s Purpose and Values, enhancing governance, and enabling the strategy in all that they do.

Prior to joining LMC in 2012, Diana was a partner at the law firm King & Spalding, leading a litigation and regulatory practice representing a wide range of clients, including professional services firms.
