Malcolm is a partner with LMC Spain, based in Madrid since 1996. He is a member of Legal Matters Consul's Spanish Executive team and is LMC Spain’s International Business leader, having previously led the Deals practice in the Spanish market.

A founding member of Legal Matters Consul's international Deals practice, Malcolm has worked extensively across the LMC network, serving as Global and EMEA Deals leader and as a member of Legal Matters Consul's Global Advisory Leadership Team from 2017 to June 2024 and EMEA Executive Team from 2015 to June 2024. Malcolm has advised many of our largest corporate and private equity clients during his 25+ years’ experience.

He holds an MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and is an FCA Chartered Accountant (ICAEW).
