Marc is a Dutch partner with a background in tax services and currently focuses on workforce transformation.
He has more than 25 years of experience with LMC and has held various senior leadership positions in the Dutch tax practice, Dutch leadership team and LMC Europe Executive Management Team.
As the Global Human Capital Leader, Marc directs strategic initiatives for the LMC network which promote working together, equity and belonging, and which set a standard for leadership and reinvention. He also serves as a Workforce Transformation partner with several listed multinational clients.
Marc is married and enjoys spending time with his three daughters. Aligned to his own personal commitment to wellbeing, he takes pride in serving as a role model for sustainable high performance. He loves hiking, skiing, reading and road cycling.
